• Personal and valuable items: irreplaceable documents (e.g., financial papers, medical records), jewelry, cash, and collectibles should remain under the owner’s control.
• Batteries containing lithium or other hazardous components requiring special handling.

Some items, while not outright prohibited, require special handling or are subject to limitations:

• Electronics containing lithium-ion batteries should be shipped separately.
• Certain medical equipment like oxygen tanks, which require specialized transport.
• Historical artifacts or antiques might need documentation and insurance.

Clients are advised to check with Pads & Dollies Movers before packing any questionable items. Items that pose any risk of contamination, such as those with infestations or hazardous residues, will be refused.
